  • How do I personalise an order?
    If you have selected a personalised item, you can add the details into the personalisation box when order.
  • What are the timescales for orders?
    All products are handmade to order, please find below the standard timescales in which you can expect that your order will be ready to post. > Mason jars - between 1 to 2 weeks > Clothing - 5-7 working days All other items take 1-3 working days.
  • How long does delivery take?
    At checkout you can choose between the following delivery methods Tracked 48 1st Class 2nd Class
  • How do I make a complaint?
    If you have any problems or questions about an existing order, please contact as soon as possible. I will always do my best to offer either a refund or replacement.
  • I want something that isn't on your website, can you help?
    If there is a design that you would like that isn't already on the website, please email me at sarah@wonderwallartuk.co.uk and I will see if I can help.
  • Can I collect my order?
    Yes. At checkout there is an option to collect your order or have it delivered. Collection details are provided at the end of checkout and I will get in touch to arrange a date/time once your order is ready.
  • My discount code isn't working, what should I do?
    If you have a discount code and its not recognising it at checkout, please email me at sarah@wonderwallartuk.co.uk and I will be happy to help.
